We had a blast exploring the area and trying out all the rad activities. From skiing and windsurfing to hitting up the bike trails at Rothorn base station, there was never a dull moment. Plus, the Heidsee had so many cool things to do. And let's not forget about the cultural highlights like the Bundner Museum and Grossratsgebaude and Theater. We were always on the go, and it was the best place for a walk or a run year round. So much fun!
But if I had to ask for one thing, it would be more options for young party-goers like us. We wished there were more nightlife options and maybe even some organized events or parties to keep the party vibes going.

Practical and perfect room with direct outdoor access, which was just what we needed. Everything was great, but a few employees were a bit unpleasant. 😕

The hotel was really stylish and modern, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the location. It was situated perfectly for my business trip, as it was close by to all the places I needed to visit. the complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch and gave me the energy I needed for a busy day.
The room was not serviced daily which was a little disappointing. I also wish there was a way to make tea or coffee in the room.

Great value for a ski resort. Plenty of ski runs to choose from, and the rental equipment was excellent quality. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the access to the ski slopes was unbeatable. We particularly enjoyed lounging in the hot tub at night, while taking in the stars above us.
The room was not at all clean, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The staff were very unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in our complaints.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are reasonable compared to other options in the area. The attention to detail is impressive, especially in the rooms with access directly from the outside. It's convenient to be able to step out and take in the spectacular views right away. The breakfast provided is also top-notch, ensuring a good start to the day.
There is one minor aspect that could be improved upon.

Instinctively feel good and find all things important: friends, sleep, food, and drinks. During my stay, I felt an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation, as if I had stepped into a cozy sanctuary. It was like being surrounded by old friends, wrapped in a warm bed, and tantalized by delicious food and drinks.
No personal contact except the restaurant staff. While the online check-in process was convenient, I missed the personal touch and warmth that comes with having a reception desk.
